Homemade Pasta

If you’ve been intimidated by homemade pasta, just stop right there. This recipe is so easy and it’s only 2 ingredients.

Ingredients

2 Cups Flour

4 Eggs

Directions

  1. Mound the flour onto a clean surface

  2. create a well for the eggs in the middle of the mound.

  3. crack the eggs in the well

  4. whisk eggs with a fork slowly incorporating the flour until a thick paste forms

  5. once you have a paste start incorporating the flour by hand until a dough forms

  6. Once you have a dough, knead until it is smooth and not sticky

  7. wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes

  8. split dough into quarters

  9. roll out dough into a Long rectangle

  10. In a pasta machine, start with the lowest setting and roll until you can see the color of your hand through the other side. (if you don’t have a pasta machine, you can roll with a rolling pin).

  11. Cut into strips by hand or run through a pasta attached for whatever shape noodle you’d like!
