Perfect Mashed Potatoes
There’s nothing like perfect, fluffy, buttery mashed potatoes. Easy enough to make on a night week, or for a holiday dinner.
Ingredients:
5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes - Peeled and Diced
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions:
Put potatoes in a pot, fill with water until it covers the potatoes and boil until fork tender.
Strain water and put potatoes back in to the pot
Add butter, cream and salt
Use a masher or hand mixer. Mix until creamy but still has small chunks of potato.
