Perfect Mashed Potatoes

There’s nothing like perfect, fluffy, buttery mashed potatoes. Easy enough to make on a night week, or for a holiday dinner.

Ingredients:

5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes - Peeled and Diced

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Cups Heavy Cream

2 tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Put potatoes in a pot, fill with water until it covers the potatoes and boil until fork tender.

  2. Strain water and put potatoes back in to the pot

  3. Add butter, cream and salt

  4. Use a masher or hand mixer. Mix until creamy but still has small chunks of potato.
